(Feb. 14) – Dykema announced its class of member promotions this week. The firm’s executive board elected 12 new members firmwide, including four in Texas.
Larissa Sanchez Fields represents insurance companies in coverage disputes and high-exposure bad faith cases arising from catastrophic weather events. She is based in San Antonio.
Melanie Fry also offices in San Antonio and is a Baylor Law School graduate. She is in the firm’s appellate practice, where she has handled cases involving product defects, contract and business tort claims, consumer financial services disputes, and oil and gas law.
Van Lindberg is in the firm’s intellectual property practice in San Antonio, where he has developed substantial experience in the area of open source. He addresses the legal, economic and social aspects of engaging with open source communities.
Jeana Long, a Texas Tech University School of Law graduate, is in the firm’s financial services litigation practice, where she represents lenders in lawsuits against borrowers and guarantors. She is based in the firm’s McAllen office.
