(July 5) – EnLink Midstream has promoted Alaina K. Brooks to its executive leadership team, the Dallas oil and gas company announced this week.
Brooks has been named executive vice president, chief legal and administrative officer and secretary. She will lead the company’s legal, regulatory, human resources, public and industry affairs and environmental, health and safety departments.
The Duke University School of Law graduate started her legal career at Baker Botts. She joined EnLink as deputy general counsel in 2008 from Weil. Prior to being promoted to the executive leadership team, she served as the company’s senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for nearly four years.
