• OMERS Private Equity in its sale of Great Expression Dental Centers to Roark Capital and in its sale of Give and Go Prepared Foods to Thomas H. Lee Partners.
• Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in the sale of upstream and midstream assets in East Texas to a private buyer for more than $1 billion.
• Reliance Energy, Inc. in the sale of its upstream oil and gas assets in Midland Basin to Concho Resources Inc. for $1.625 billion.
• Kimmeridge Energy Management Co. in the sale of 57,000 net acres in the Delaware Basin to PDC Energy, Inc. for $1.5 billion.
• Vistra Energy (which holds businesses that are conducted by TXU Energy and Luminant) in the filing of its Registration Statement on Form S-1 to become a publicly traded entity listed on the NYSE following its spin-off from Energy Future Holdings.
• Range Resources Corp. in the acquisition of Memorial Resource Development Corp. for $4.4 billion.
• Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP in a divestiture of $609 million Green River Basin upstream oil and gas assets to a private buyer.
• Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners in acquisition of $600 million of newly issued convertible preferred units of Dominion Midstream Partners.
• An affiliate of EnLink Midstream in a lawsuit in the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma against Williams Olefins, L.L.C.
• U.S. Oil & Refining Co. (USOR) in a $1 billion, two-year crude oil intermediation supply and financing facility for its Tacoma, Washington refinery.
• First Reserve portfolio company Saddle Barnett Resources in acquiring Chesapeake Energy’s interest in Barnett Shale operating area in North Texas.
• JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with nearly $2 billion of secured revolving and term loan credit facilities with Southwestern Energy Company.
• Wells Fargo Bank, National Association in an amendment to $1.25 billion revolving credit facility of Summit Midstream Partners, LP in connection with a major acquisition of new subsidiaries.
