David Garza, a business litigation partner, has joined Bonds Ellis Eppich Schafer Jones in Fort Worth from Winstead. He will focus his practice on complex commercial disputes, fiduciary duty litigation and high-stakes contract matters, according to a news release.
Before joining Bonds Ellis, Garza practiced at Winstead’s Fort Worth office, where he presented clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts across Texas, including fiduciary duty litigation as well as trial and arbitration matters.
“David brings the kind of experience and judgement that fits perfectly with who we are as a firm,” said Roland Schafer, a founding partner at Bonds Ellis. “He has handled sophisticated, high stakes matters art a large firm level, but he also understands the importance of being accessible and responsive to clients.”
