Amber Ervin, whose practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, public and private issuances of equity and debt securities, joint ventures and credit facilities. She is in the firm’s Houston office.
Tamarah Feigl, whose practice focuses on real estate matters. She is in the firm’s Houston office.
Bert Greene, whose practice focuses on intellectual property and technology-based litigation. He is in the firm’s Austin office and is a 2004 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law.
Melanie Rother, whose practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, including the areas of patent infringement litigation and tax controversy matters. She is in the firm’s Houston office and is a 2003 graduate of South Texas College of Law.
Brett Young, whose practice focuses on assisting clients with catastrophic events, personal injury defense, premises defense, product liability defense, and environmental litigation. He is in the firm’s Houston office and is a 2003 graduate of The University of Houston Law Center.
