(Updated — February 17) — Three Gardere attorneys in the firm’s Houston office, Rhonda Reed Weiner, Audrey Momanaee and Scott Ellis have been elected to membership in the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation.
Weiner, a partner, focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including oil and gas, maritime, energy, products liability and contractual disputes. She is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.
Momanaee, an associate, focuses her practice on commercial, oil and gas, insurance coverage, personal injury and ownership, shareholder, partnership and management disputes. She is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law.
Ellis, an associate, focuses his practice on complex commercial, oil and gas, construction, real estate, products liability, consumer and general personal injury disputes. He is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.
“In addition to being excellent attorneys and assets to our Trial team, they exhibit uncompromising ethics in dealing with both judges and opposing counsel, and a commitment to the Texas justice system,” Geoffrey Bracken, head of the firm’s Houston Trial Group, said in a statement.
With more than 7,500 current Fellows throughout the state, the Texas Bar Foundation is the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the country. Since being founded in 1965, it has distributed more than $15 million throughout Texas to assist nonprofit organizations with a wide range of justice-related programs and services.
