Goldman Sachs AGC Returns to Locke Lord

June 10, 2020 Brooks Igo

Dallas real estate transactions lawyer Brian Bolton has left the Goldman Sachs legal department, where he was a vice president and associate general counsel, to join Locke Lord as a partner.

A graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law, Bolton is returning to the law firm where he started his career in 2006. He moved to Thompson & Knight in 2011 for four years before going in-house at Goldman Sachs, where he was the primary coverage attorney for the real estate finance ‎group.

Bolton represents purchasers, owners and developers in connection with the acquisition, disposition and development of a variety of types of improved and unimproved real property. He also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with lending transactions secured by real and related personal property.
