Hicks Thomas Expands to Dallas with Addition of Jeffrey Goldfarb

February 14, 2013 Mark Curriden

Houston-based firm Hicks Thomas adds commercial litigation attorney Jeffrey Goldfarb, founder of Dallas’ Goldfarb LLP, to open a Dallas office.

Goldfarb, who was a partner at DLA Piper and Akin Gump before forming his own firm, is a commercial litigation attorney who represents public and private corporations and entrepreneurs in high-stakes commercial cases, including contracts, fiduciary duties, real estate disputes, and intellectual property matters.

Two former Goldfarb LLP associates, Keith Koshkin and Todd Goldberg, are joining Goldfarb in Hicks Thomas’ new Dallas office.

Koshkin, a 2007 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, represents corporations and corporate executives in commercial litigation matters.

Goldberg, a 2009 graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, represents corporate clients in business and partnership disputes, financial and investment fraud, real estate contract matters, construction defect lawsuits, professional liability claims, and labor and employment law.

Hicks Thomas now was 20 attorneys in three offices, including Houston, Dallas, and Sacramento. The new Dallas office is located at Saint Ann Court, 2501 N. Harwood Street, Suite 1801, Dallas, Texas 75201.
