By Brooks Igo – (January 7) – Hogan Lovells announced yesterday that Houston partner José Luis Vittor has been appointed chair of the International Bar Association’s Water Law Committee. The energy lawyer will serve a two-year term through the end of 2016.
Vittor focuses his practice on infrastructure and other project development and finance transactions, as well as commercial and corporate transactions, public and private partnerships and international arbitration.
