Houston GC Joins Bradley’s Construction Practice

August 26, 2019 Brooks Igo

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings announced that Kenneth Milne has left his post as vice president and general counsel of Houston-based Way Service, Ltd. to join the firm’s construction practice group as a senior attorney.

A graduate of South Texas College of Law, Milne worked at the mechanical contractor, one of the largest in the country, for six-plus years. He will advise clients on construction matters related to contracts, litigation, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.

The Birmingham, Alabama-based law firm also added an associate to its construction group in Houston this week – Timothy R. Cook, who is a former clerk to retired district judge Tad Halbach.
