(April 19) – Hunton & Williams announced this month that nine lawyers have been promoted to partner, including three in Dallas.
James “J.R.” England, a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law, focuses his domestic and international practice on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financing, leasing, hospitality and construction transactions.
Eric Hail concentrates his practice on commercial and securities litigation. The SMU Dedman School of Law alumnus advises consumer finance companies, banks and broker-dealers on high-stakes litigation and regulatory issues.
Amber Rogers specializes in employment litigation and labor relations-related litigation. The University of Texas School of Law graduate has significant experience representing clients in traditional labor relations (collective bargaining, campaigns, decertification elections, litigation unfair labor practice charges and contract administration), trade secrets, post-employment restrictive covenant disputes and employment discrimination.
