HuntonAK Names Three New Partners in Texas

One year after its merger, Hunton Andrews Kurth has announced 11 promotions to partner, including three in Texas.

Conor Shary is a member of the firm’s capital finance and real estate practice in Houston. He represents buyers, sellers and developers of commercial real estate office and retail leasing transactions, lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions and financial institutions in project financings and commercial loans. 

Beth Whitaker is a Dallas corporate lawyer who advises commercial banks, thrifts and a holding company in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity offerings and corporate finance transactions.

Abigail Lyle focuses her litigation practice in Dallas on regulatory compliance and defending financial institutions in enforcement actions and litigation related to consumer protection laws.
