J. Cary Barton Receives Community Service Award from SABF

(Sept. 24) – The San Antonio Bar Foundation has honored J. Cary Barton with the 2018 Carolyn Thurmond Community Service Award.

Barton, a real estate lawyer and founding partner of San Antonio law firm Barton Benson Jones, was recognized for his work with Texas Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (TLCL), a nonprofit liaison program of the Texas Lawyers Assistance Program. He served as TLCL’s president in 2012-2013.
