Looking to address increased client demand in state attorney general enforcement and energy infrastructure development, Kelley Drye bolstered its Texas ranks this week with the addition of Steven Robinson, a veteran of the Texas Attorney General’s Office, and corporate partner Christina Hightower.
Robinson spent nearly two decades at the Texas AG’s office, leading both its Consumer Protection and Tax Litigation divisions. He handled litigation through trial, managed attorneys and worked with the Texas Legislature on consumer protection legislation, including the state’s comprehensive privacy law.

Hightower was a senior attorney at Kane Russell Coleman Logan for a year, where she advised owners and developers on energy, data center and construction projects. Before that, she was an associate at Jones Day for two years and commercial counsel at Tellurian Inc. for a year and a half. At Kelley Drye, Hightower will advise on engineering, procurement and construction agreements, contract structuring and risk allocation for major projects.

Hightower earned her JD from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. Robinson earned his JD from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
