(January 3)–Fort Worth-based Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP has promoted Natalie Carlgren, David Cook and Christopher Greer to the partnership effective Jan. 1, 2014.
Carlgren, a University of Oklahoma graduate, focuses her practice on corporate and securities transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, securities law compliance, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters.
Cook, a Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now known as Texas A&M University School of Law) graduate, focuses his practice on general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions, including negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged acquisitions and recapitalizations and controlled auctions.
Greer, a Texas Tech University School of Law graduate, represents clients in complex civil litigation and general business matters.
