Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Houston Bankruptcy & Restructuring Pro

(March 13) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced Tuesday that Lenard Parkins has joined the firm’s Houston office as a partner on its bankruptcy and financial restructuring team.

Parkins, who lateraled over from Greenberg Traurig, represenets large and medium sized corporations, bondholders, indenture trustees, secured lenders, private equity, hedge funds, oil and gas interest holders, and creditor committees.

The University of Houston Law Center graduate has experience in the energy, real estate, hospitality and aviation industries.
