(March 2) – K&L Gates announced its 2018 class of new partners on Friday.
The law firm has promoted 34 to partner firmwide, including two in Dallas.
Jennifer Klein Ayers defends clients in intellectual property mattes, including outsourcing, patent infringement, trademark, domain name and trade secret disputes. She received her law degree from the University of Texas.
Joshua Skora is a member of the firm’s health care practice, where he advises on corporate and regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse; regulatory due diligence for transactions, compliance, and reimbursement; Medicare/Medicaid enrollment; overpayment audits and appeals; and investigations by federal and state governmental agencies.
