(Feb. 17) – K&L Gates announced its 2016 class of partner promotions today.
The international law firm elevated 50 lawyers across the world, including two in Houston. Both are in the firm’s energy practice.
Jonathan Hoff, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses his practice on oil and gas and other commodity trading, derivative transactions and energy commodity risk management.
David Sweeney, also a University of Texas School of Law graduate, has particular experience in onshore and offshore oil and gas operating agreements and in the structuring and negotiation of joint development and participation arrangements in the oil and gas sector.
