Labor and Employment Attorney Lon R. Williams, Jr. Joins Polsinelli

April 30, 2013 Mark Curriden

Polsinelli has added Lon R. Williams, Jr. as a shareholder in its Dallas office. Williams, who leaves Bracewell & Giuliani, will practice in the firm’s labor and employment group.

“I am excited about the opportunity to join Polsinelli because of the firm’s great entrepreneurial spirit where attorneys strive to provide creative solutions to clients in the most efficient way possible,” Williams, a 1970 graduate of Southern Methodist University, said in a press release. “Dallas is clearly a key part of Polsinelli’s strategic growth plan.”

Williams counsels clients from various industries on federal, state and municipal laws and regulations, including wage and hour compliance and employee disciplinary issues, as well as contractual matters involving non competition/business confidentiality agreements and executive employment contracts.

The firm’s fast-growing Dallas office now has 11 shareholders.
