LeClairRyan Launches Dallas Office

May 1, 2019 Brooks Igo

LeClairRyan announced the opening of a Dallas office on Wednesday with one new lateral addition and four lawyers who were already at the firm.

It is the 215-lawyer firm’s second office in Texas and 23rd nationwide.

Houston banking attorney Jason Medley will lead the new Dallas office, which includes aviaton partner Christa Hinckley, employment litigation partner Billy Hamel, business litigation counsel Helen Mosothoane and patent prosecution associate Todd A. Martin.

The only attorney of the initial Dallas team who is a recent lateral hire is Hammel, who was previously at the labor and employment law boutique Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete. Hinckley, Mosothoane and Martin have all been practicing at LeClair Ryan since 2018 or earlier.
