(Jan. 4) – Littler announced today that it promoted 15 lawyers to shareholder nationwide, including one in Dallas.
James Frederick, a member of the firm’s Diversity Advisory Group, focuses his labor and employment practice on discrimination and harassment, breach of contract, retaliation, enforcement of non-competition agreements, policies, procedures and workplace training matters.
He is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.
