Locke Lord Promotes Three Texas Attorneys to Partner

Locke Lord has elevated seven attorneys to partner, including three in Texas, the firm announced this week.

Kyle Davis is based in Dallas and concentrates her practice on real estate and finance transactions. She represents financial services companies and other institutional lenders in commercial construction and permanent loans secured by senior health care facilities, multifamily projects, office buildings, retail shopping centers and condominium projects.

Matt Davis focuses his practice on financial services litigation, including litigation involving mortgage lending practices, state and federal fair debt collection practices, mortgage banking and servicing, consumer protection, credit reporting practices, contract claims and fraud. He is based in Dallas and received his law degree from SMU.

Kurt Krolikowski offices in Houston and represents clients in commercial disputes, including consumer finance, energy and construction-related disputes.
