(July 14) – Locke Lord announced yesterday that Houston partner David Patton has been selected to serve on DXP Enterprises, Inc.’s board of directors. His term will expire at DXP’s next annual shareholder meeting, when he will stand for re-election by the company’s shareholders.
DXP is a Houston-based leading products and services distributor to industrial customers throughout the U.S., Canada, Dubai and Mexico.
Patton, who is co-chair of the firm’s energy practice group, has more than 39 years of oil and gas industry legal experience.
“David’s years of experience in various legal aspects of the oil and gas industry bring an important perspective to the boardroom,” David Little, DXP chairman and CEO, said in a statement.
