Stacey Norstrud, a maritime litigation partner, has rejoined Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea & BenMaier in Houston. She returns to SBSB after more than four years at Kean Miller.
She will focus her practice on Jones Act defense, maritime civil litigation and complex casualty matters, SBSB said in a news release.
Norstrud was with SBSB from June 2018 to November 2021, when she moved to Kean Miller as senior counsel. She has more than 25 years representing clients in maritime and civil litigation matters. “Stacey’s incredible depth of experience and unique perspectives from major corporate shipping operations make her an invaluable asset to our team,” said SBSB managing partner John Schouest. “Her proven ability to manage complex multi-jurisdictional challenges aligns perfectly with our firm’s commitment to providing exceptional defense representation.”
