McGinnis Lochridge Lands Three Partners from Cantey Hanger

February 1, 2022 Brooks Igo

McGinnis Lochridge announced this week three partners from Cantey Hanger have joined the firm’s Dallas office.

The trio includes litigators Ashley Parrish and James T. Phillips and transactional attorney Lee Kirner. With the additions, Austin-based McGinnis Lochridge doubled its Dallas headcount to six.

Parrish focuses his litigation practice on unfair competition claims and has served as lead counsel for overseas insurance brokers. Phillips, who was an engineer for Boeing before receiving his law degree from SMU, concentrates on construction defects cases, product liability, insurance and tort claims.

Kirner represents lending institutions in connection with commercial financing projects.
