McGuireWoods added depth to its Dallas private equity practice Tuesday with the arrival of Katie Hull.
Previously an associate at Sheppard Mullin, Hull is earning a promotion to partner with the move.
“McGuireWoods’ private equity team stands out for its superior client service and innovative initiatives to help companies and investors pursue deal opportunities,” Hull said in a statement.
Hull represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other transactions. She has handled deals for businesses across a number of sectors, including automotive, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, mortgage origination and servicing, specialty foods and quick-service restaurants.
Prior to her three-year stint at Sheppard Mullin Hull practiced at Hunton Andrews Kurth and Conner & Winters.
