A Dallas jury has ordered the topless bar and drunken driver to pay $10.5 million to the family of a 23-year-old young woman who was crushed to death when the truck driver ran over her two years ago. It is believed to be one of the largest Texas jury verdicts in a “dram shop” case during the past two decades.
