(June 4) – Morgan Lewis fortified its M&A practice in Houston with new partner addition Jeff Dinerstein, the firm announced Monday.

Dinerstein was previously at Jones Day. He has advised clients in more than 200 M&A transactions in his 15 years of practice. His clients are in the energy, oilfield services, engineering, chemicals, online education, retail, healthcare and telemedicine sectors.

Over the past nine months, he has represented Signature on its $123 million sale to Park Lawn; TesTeachers on its merger with Exam FX, which brought together two of the top national training solutions leaders of insurance and securities pre-licensing and continuing education; and the special committee of Southcross Holdings on Southcross Energy Partners’ $815 million sale to American Midstream Partners.
