(July 13) – Morgan Lewis recently announced that 33 attorneys have been promoted to partner, effective October 1, including one in Houston.
Christina Vitale’s litigation practice has an emphasis on financial services and banking enforcement actions.
Vitale represents international financial services companies in federal regulatory and state attorney general investigations alleging violations of federal statutes, including the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act and state consumer fraud, deceptive trade practices and unfair competition statutes.
Earlier this year, Vitale helped secure the release of a nonviolent drug offender who served nearly 20 years of a life sentence.
