Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr has promoted two attorneys to equity shareholder and one attorney to shareholder.
The two new equity shareholders are Dallas attorney Craig Harris and Houston lawyer Sameer Karim.
Harris, who joined the firm last summer, is co-chair of the firm’s restaurant practice group. The St. Mary’s University School of Law graduate handles employment litigation matters, hospitality-related cases, intellectual property and oil and gas litigation.
Karim, a member of the firm’s diversity committee, represents employers and executives in matters involving the protection of trade secret and confidential information, non-compete agreements, discrimination, harassment and wage and hour disputes. He received his law degree from Baylor.
Caleb Trotter is based in Dallas and has been promoted to shareholder (non-equity). He is in the firm’s real estate practice, where he represents industrial, mixed-use and office clients in a variety of leasing, lending and development matters. He is a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law.
