Corporate shareholders Matthew Good and Robert White, as well as associate Sydny Helbert, have lateraled over to Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr from Conner & Winters. The three of them will focus on mergers and acquisitions, aviation transactions and other complex corporate matters, according to a news release.
Before joining Munsch Hardt, was with the Oklahoma City firm for nearly a decade, where he built a practice focused on complex business transactions, specifically in the aviation sector, representing buyers, sellers, investors, lessors and lenders in aircraft and engine transactions across domestic and international markets. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade practicing in Northern California, where he also gained trial experience in both state and federal courts.
White has advised clients on corporate and transactional matters, representing business owners in numerous deals in his nearly three years with Conner & Winters, which opened its Dallas office in 2007. Prior to that, he spent 11 years as a police officer and adjunct professor of criminal justice.
Helbert has experience advising companies on M&A, corporate governance, commercial contracts and investment structures, while working on aviation transactions involving the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of aircraft. She was with Conner & Winters for two years.

Dallas-based Munsch Hardt had 155 lawyers in 2024 across its three Texas offices, according to the Texas Lawbook 50. Those lawyers generated $112.9 million in revenue that year, an increase of five percent from 2023.
Good earned his JD from Santa Clara University and his BA from Colorado College. White earned his JD from the University of Michigan Law School; his master’s from Boston University and his BS from the University of Illinois. Helbert earned her JD from SMU Dedman School of Law and her BBA from Texas Tech University.
