Nadler Nelson, an emergent litigation firm based in Dallas, announced this week it has added Lindsay Buchanan Fisher to its roster.
Fisher, who was a senior associate at Baker Botts, joins her new firm as a partner. Her experience spans business disputes, industrial accidents and crises, toxic tort claims, fraud litigation, construction disputes, business torts and significant personal injury and property damage claims.
“From my very first conversations with the team, it was clear that Nadler Nelson has built something special — a firm with exceptional lawyers, a collaborative culture, and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results for clients,” she said on LinkedIn. “I couldn’t be more excited to join this talented group and help continue growing the firm’s Houston presence.”
Nadler Nelson expanded to Houston three months ago by bringing on former 14th Court of Appeals Justice Frances Bourliot and Sydney Royer, who clerked for Judge Barbara M. G. Lynn for the Northern District of Texas and Judge James L. Dennis for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
The 11-lawyer firm also has attorneys in Austin.
