(May 31) – Norton Rose Fulbright recently announced that Houston partner Otway Denny is among the 12 recipients in 2016 of Texas A&M’s Distinguished Alumnus Award, the highest honor given to a former student of the university.
Denny, who has been with Norton Rose Fulbright since 1981, is a former president of the Houston Bar Association and fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He sits on the Texas A&M Foundation’s board of trustees and is a past chair of the board of directors of The Association of Former Students.
Since the inception of the university’s Distinguished Alumnus Award, only 261 of Texas A&M’s 440,000 former students have received the honor.
