NRA Sues William Brewer and His Law Firm for $200 Million-Plus

November 2, 2026 Mark Curriden

The National Rifle Association is demanding that Dallas lawyer William Brewer and his firm, Brewer Attorneys & Counselors, pay back the $200 million in legal fees plus additional damages, alleging the firm committed egregious legal malpractice that caused the gun rights group “catastrophic financial and reputational harm.”

Col. Oliver North.
