Patrick LaRue Jumps to Porter Hedges

Houston-based Porter Hedges has added J. Patrick LaRue as a partner in its corporate practice group. LaRue was previously a partner at Chicago-based Seyfarth Shaw in its Houston office.

The South Texas College of Law graduate focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and general corporate counseling and advisory services for clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, energy, banking, entertainment, real estate & construction, venture capital, telecommunications and commercial leasing.

LaRue also serves as outside general counsel to various organizations in Houston and throughout Texas.
