Perkins Coie Taps Dallas Partner John Penn to Lead Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice

(Nov. 30) – Perkins Coie announced recently that Dallas partner John Penn has been named chair of the firm’s bankruptcy and restructuring practice.

Penn represents secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, trustees and unsecured creditor committees in major reorganizations and insolvency proceedings. He is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and past president of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
