Kansas City-based Polsinelli has named Jonathan Henderson managing partner of its Dallas office.
Henderson focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions in the health care industry and is also the chair of the firm’s national corporate and transactional practice.
The 1992 graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law will manage an office of more than 20 attorneys.
