• Representation of Five Point Capital in the formation of midstream joint venture with Matador Resources
• Representation of Red Mountain Energy and IOG Capital in the sale of STACK position to SandRidge Energy
• Representation of Par Pacific in $300 million senior secured notes offering and asset-based secured revolving credit facility
• Representation of Coral Reef Capital and its portfolio company Shawnee Oil Company in their acquisition of Illinois Basin assets of Map Oil Company
• Representation of Oildom Publishing in its acquisition by Gulf Publishing Company
• Representation of White Star Petroleum in the sale of its interest in a midstream gathering system and associated assets to 4 AM Midstream
• Representation of Ultra Petroleum in securing $175 million incremental senior secured term loan offering
• Representation of Elevate Midstream in an equity commitment of up to $100 million from Tailwater Capital
• Representation of Ultra Petroleum in $115 million divestiture of its non-operated assets in the Marcellus Shale to Alta Marcellus Development
• Representation of Seaport Global Securities in a $69 million common stock offering by Abraxas Petroleum
