March 2, 2026 Brooks Igo

Yetter Coleman is moving its Houston operations to 600 Travis Street this spring from 811 Main.

The prominent Houston litigation firm has signed a lease for 43,906 square feet on two floors.

“We are in a period of success and growth at Yetter Coleman, and we require additional space to accommodate our needs, both now and in the future,” Jim Zucker said in a statement.

“The new office is modern, efficient, and welcoming, which is critical to a team as productive as ours. And we will be in good company, surrounded by other prominent firms and businesses. It is the right location for us with stunning facilities. We look forward to welcoming our clients and friends there.”

The 75-story JPMorgan Chase Tower is the tallest building in Houston. Other law firms officing there include Jones Day, Hunton Andrews Kurth, Willkie, Bradley, Shook Hardy, and The Buzbee Law Firm.
