Porter Hedges Mints Five Partners

Houston-based Porter Hedges has elected five new partners.

Amy Falcon represents international exploration and production companies, midstream companies, operators, non-operators, financial institutions, oil and gas equipment manufacturers in oil and gas disputes. She received her law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2008.

Stephanie Holcombe focuses her commercial litigation practice on energy, trade secrets and employment matters. As a third-year law student at South Texas College of Law Houston, she won a National Championship at the 2009 ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition in 2009.

Gabriel Loperena is a corporate attorney with knowledge of private equity, debt, venture capital financings, leveraged recapitalizations and management buyouts, mergers & acquisitions and structuring of new ventures and special purpose entities. He represents private equity and debt investment firms, energy E&P companies, hospitality companies and medical services providers.

Adam Nalley, a 2009 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, focuses his corporate and securities practice on equity and debt capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance, private equity investments and corporate governance. He represents clients in the energy, oilfield services, clean tech, death care services and manufacturing industries.

Jonna Summers, a former clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, has handled litigation involving energy, intellectual property and bankruptcy issues. She received her law degree from Baylor in 2007.
