(June 1) – Reed Smith announced today that Peter Chassman, who led the intellectual property department in Winston & Strawn’s Houston office, has joined the firm.
Chassman is one of six lateral hires across three offices nationwide announced by the Pittsburgh-based firm today. He joins Kevin Cadwell as the firm’s second IP partner added to the Houston office this year.
The Emory University School of Law graduate has served as lead counsel for global technology companies in high-stakes patent cases for more than 21 years. He has handled several cases involving telecommunications, integrated circuits, media and computer hardware and software.
