(July 17) – Reed Smith announced this morning that energy and infrastructure transactions pro J. Todd Culwell has joined the firm’s Houston office as a partner.
Culwell lateraled over from Andrews Kurth Kenyon. He is the fourth recent addition to Reed Smith’s energy and natural resources practice group in Houston.
The South Texas College of Law graduate focuses his practice on global energy transactions related to oil and gas assets, energy infrastructure and project financings. He has handled projects in Argentina, Egypt, Indonesia, Kuwait, Mexico, Oman, the Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Trinidad and Tobago, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Venezuela.
