Sorrels Law Recruits Head of Commercial Litigation Practice

Prominent personal injury law firm Sorrels Law has tapped Houston lawyer Brian A. Baker to lead its commercial litigation practice.

Baker previously managed Stacy & Baker, a firm he started at as an associate and eventually became a name partner. His clients include Fortune 500 companies and individuals.

“I have worked with Brian on several cases over the last few years and he brings both brilliance and imaginative insight into every case he works on,” Randy Sorrels said in the press release. “He has handled commercial litigation and personal injury cases at the highest level, and we feel fortunate to have him join our firm as a partner. Brian will be handling both hourly and contingency fee work at the firm.”

AREAS OF FOCUS
Baker handles a wide range of cases, including catastrophic injuries, contract disputes, oilfield disputes, fraud, fiduciary litigation, bankruptcy, labor and employment disputes, and landlord-tenant disputes.
