Strasburger Promotes Three to Partner

(Feb. 10) – Strasburger & Price announced yesterday that Julie Biermacher, Anita Kerin and Melody Smith have been promoted to the partnership effective Jan. 1, 2016.

Biermacher is based in the firm’s Collin County office, where she serves as co-chair of StrasburgerBOLD, the firm’s initiative to promote women within the firm, the legal profession and Collin County’s business community.

The SMU Dedman School of Law graduate focuses her practice on financial services and banking litigation.

Kern, a University of Houston Law Center graduate, focuses her business service and litigation practice on commercial disputes, contract negotiation, product liability and personal injury matters.

Smith, a SMU Dedman School of Law graduate, represents clients in employment issues, real estate matters, school law disputes, business conflicts and product liability proceedings.
