Sunnova, which also announced significant employee layoffs last Friday, turned to Alavarez & Marsal managing director Ryan Omohundro, a restructuring and corporate turn-around expert, as its chief reorganization advisor.
The case has been assigned to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Alfredo Perez of Houston.
The case is Sunnova TEP Developer, LLC, Docket No. 4:25-bk-90153.
