Thompson & Horton, a Texas law firm that specializes in education and public law matters, officially opened the doors of its Dallas office on Jan. 1.
The firm, which also has offices in Houston and Austin, recently announced its third Texas office will be led by Carlos Lopez, who is a former Dallas district court judge. He most recently was a named shareholder at Vincent Lopez Serafino Jenevein, where he chaired that firm’s school law group.
Lopez is joined by Kathryn Long, another former Vincent Lopez attorney, and Dianna Bowen and J. David Giddens, who were previously at Fisher & Phillips.
