(Feb. 27) – Thompson & Knight announced this week that five attorneys have been elevated to partner.
Cole Bredthauer is an oil and gas transactions attorney in Fort Worth. The SMU Dedman School of Law graduate focuses his practice on acquisitions and dispositions of exploration and production and midstream assets and companies.
Ben Hallmark is based in Austin and practices administrative law, with a focus on contested cases before state agencies such as the Public Utility Commission of Texas. The University of Texas School of Law alumnus also handles litigation involving energy issues, deceptive trade practice claims and trade secrets.
Conrad Hester concentrates his practice on oil and gas litigation involving contract disputes, royalty litigation, lease termination and title suits, surface access and surface damages disputes. The Fort Worth attorney received his law degree from UT.
Nathan Meredith is a Dallas corporate and securities transactions lawyer who handles acquisitions and dispositions of upstream and midstream oil and gas assets and companies.
Michelle Vincent Parker focuses her practice on commercial real estate and banking, which includes interim, permanent, and construction financing related to loans secured by commercial real estate, including retail, office, multifamily and senior housing projects. She received her law degree from SMU and practices in Dallas.
