Winstead Picks Up Dallas Real Estate Litigation Partner

(June 11) – Winstead announced recently it has added depth to its litigation practice in Dallas.

Kasey Ratliff has lateraled to the firm as a partner from Clark Hill Strasburger.

The University of Texas School of Law graduate focuses his practice on real estate litigation, including developer disputes, real estate-related contract and tort claims, eminent domain and condemnation, property tax, landlord/tenant litigation and land use matters.
