(April 20) – Winston & Strawn announced yesterday that three more partners from Fish & Richardson have joined the firm’s newly-opened Dallas office.
Geoffrey Harper, Michael Bittner and Chad Walker will expand the burgeoning office’s litigation capabilities.
Harper’s commercial litigation practice touches contractual disputes, class actions, securities litigation, intellectual property disputes, employment disputes and arbitrations. He has represented clients in billion- and trillion-dollar class actions.
Bittner focuses his practice on intellectual property disputes, particularly patent litigation. He led the largest joint defense group (more than 400 defendants) ever in the Eastern District of Texas, according to the firm’s press release.
Walker concentrates his practice on patent litigation, qui tam/whistleblower litigation and complex commercial litigation.
