Winston & Strawn Elevates Four Texas Attorneys to Partner

Winston & Strawn announced this week that 21 attorneys have been promoted to partner, including four in Texas.

Three of the four newly-minted partners in Texas are based in Dallas.

Katrina Eash, a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law, focuses her practice on patent and trademark infringement allegations, partnership disputes, theft of intellectual property and trade secrets and other complex commercial litigation matters.

Rex Mann concentrates his civil litigation practice on intellectual property and commercial matters. He received his law degree from the University of Texas.

Justin Reinus advises clients on initial public offerings and other equity offerings, high yield and investment-grade debt offerings, and spin-offs. He graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law.

Alex Niebruegge is based in Houston concentrates his corporate practice on energy transactions, where he advises clients in the acquisition, divestiture, development and operation of energy assets.
